Therapeutic massage:

I consider it a gift to find the tight muscles that contribute to stress, pain & tension in someone’s body. I have been asked over and over “how did you know that was tight?” I can feel it! The muscle is short, tight & hard, it’s really pretty easy.

This skill has developed over 15 years of practising Therapeutic Massage. I sold my practise in California before leaving on my one year big adventure that landed me here in NZ.

I specialised in BODYWORK THROUGHOUT A LIFETIME with a speciality in

pregnancy, labour & delivery,
infant massage,
TMJ (tempormadibular joint),
Headaches, Migraines,
sports injury
stroke recovery.

I loved my work in California but I had an internal desire to live in nature that wouldn’t go away until I found my place here in heaven!

I love to teach my skills and am happy to hold classes for individuals or groups. Couples classes - Classes for coaches to help their partner through labour and delivery. Infant Massage Classes is another option.

Facials:

Pure essential oils in a hot steam compress, natural deep penetrating mask, cooling cleanser & soothing lotion pampers your soul as well as your face!

Ear Candling:

Highly recommended, you will be shocked and surprised at what will come out of your ears! You won’t believe it!

Reflexology:

My Grandmother was before her time. She raised us on vitamins and reflexology. I grew up as one of five kids who knew how to find the “popcorn kernels” in the feet that when worked out would alleviate other related problems in the body. If Dad had a headache he got a foot massage, If one of us kids were sick we got a foot massage (if the foot massage didn’t work we got CASTER OIL! So we always prayed the foot massage did the trick!!)

Salt Glow Scrub

Enjoy a BUBBLE Bath inside or OUT under The stars! Bring a book and soak for hours! The one outside fits two people comfortably the one inside is perfect for a retreat from the world. Photos of both

The native bush has a track that takes you to a table and chairs, swing and sky chair. There are glowworms at night and a swinging bench to rest in after you have finished your adventure.
